You’ll Burst a Gut Laughing at This ‘Alien’ Spoof

It’s tough trying to remember everything about a movie series when you’re recording a podcast about it, but we still deserve multiple can-can kicks in the ass for neglecting to mention the Alien parody sequence from Mel Brooks’ classic 1987 sci-fi spoof Spaceballs. Not only do you get pretty good lookalikes of the Nostromo crew, you get poor John Hurt himself reprising his role as the unfortunate Kane. Even the puppeteering is pretty good. So, better late than never, here is a video of the scene. I highly recommend you now rush to watch the entirety of Spaceballs at ludicrous speed.
